Hours: Monday–Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM (Plus On-call Rotation)

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and extend the life of residential systems with precision and pride.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and present solutions that fit their needs.
• Provide 5-Star experiences - not just service calls.
• Help clients get the most out of their systems through education and proactive maintenance.
• Lead by example and mentor upcoming technicians to grow our HVAC legacy.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience (service, repair, maintenance, or installation)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to think critically
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs & work in attics/crawlspaces
• High school diploma/GED & valid driver's license
